Organizer Director
Pangkou is a certified Nursing Assistant with professional experience in both direct patient care and healthcare administration. She brings a strong foundation in compassion, accountability, and operational organization from her work in clinical settings, including two years providing hands-on care and an administrative role at a dialysis facility. Her people-first approach reflects a deep understanding of how consistent support systems strengthen well-being for individuals and families.
As a mother of seven, Pangkou has extensive lived experience creating structure, stability, and encouragement in a busy family environment. She is deeply committed to youth development and believes children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported by caring adults who make room for both growth and expression.
Pangkou is also a lifelong creative. She began choreographing and performing with her sister and cousins in a small-town dance group, sharing routines at school events, talent shows, and New Year celebrations. Without formal instruction, she learned to build confidence through collaboration, practice, and performance. She has also expressed herself through crafts and handmade memory books, using photos, magazines, and keepsakes to tell stories and preserve meaningful moments.
Pangkou’s involvement with HeartSpace Arts Center began as a parent seeking a positive, healthy outlet for her child and an alternative to excessive screen time. Over time, she saw how the arts create connection, build confidence, and support emotional well-being. She is committed to helping HeartSpace expand access to safe, nurturing creative spaces where youth can develop their voice, strengthen resilience, and grow through dance, music, visual arts, and storytelling.
Pangkou provides a strong and complementary set of skills that directly support the continued growth and long-term success of HeartSpace Arts Center.
